Mimì alla Ferrovia

A stone's throw from Naples' station, in the Vasto district, since 1943. Emilio Giugliano and his wife Ida opened it, and today the third generation keeps it going. The genovese has been on the menu from the start, immovable, and they even publish the recipe on their site: worth reading just to grasp how many hours it takes.
