boturi started without a plan. There was a dish, somewhere, that stopped me halfway between the fork and the mouth, and I thought it was worth writing down. Then it happened again, elsewhere, with something else. At some point the pieces were enough to call it a blog.
It isn't a guide. No stars, no scores, no rankings, no prices. There are the places I go back to and would tell someone I trust about. I only write about dishes that stopped me, and it happens less often than I expected.
