A neighbourhood pizzeria in Isola, on the corner of via Borsieri and via Perasto, in the space that once held La Balena. The heart of the place is the open lab: kitchen, oven and counter in the middle of the room, the gestures of the pizza in plain view while you eat. Tables inside and a few seats out on the street.
Futura opened on 8 November 2025, the first Milan project of Luca Pezzetta, pizzaiolo and baker from Fiumicino, already behind Clementina. Here he brings his Roman pizza: round, thin, rolled with a pin, the edge charred, dressed to the rim. Alongside the pizzas there are the fried things, the supplì above all, from the classic al telefono to the ossobuco one that nods to Milan.
